D-Link Systems stands behind the quality of our networking hardware and smart home devices. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the original shipment date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Log in to your D-Link account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Place the product in its original packaging along with all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful return process.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
